  Greater Than recently signed young and talented, Devin Horn.
  
  Devin is an all around rider who has the potential to be very good in the climbs with enough time trialing ability to win future tours.
  
  While the team to this point has been focused on a sprint train; with the youthful Stanny Theijs lead out train almost completed the team has decided not to pass up the potential to have a great tour leader.
